He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. DeHaven and Phyllis L. Smith DeHaven; his son Daniel Charles DeHaven; and his siblings, Phyllis Jean Gulley and William Ronald DeHaven.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy DeHaven of Colorado and Lisa DeHaven of Missouri; and his sister Diana Gettinger (George) of Connersville.
