He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Harvey and Esther Harvey (Cox); and his sisters, Edna Collins and Mary St. John. He is survived by: his children, Charles Harvey, Douglas Harvey and Cheryl. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Culberson Funeral Home - Hagerstown (51 W Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 47346). A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Greens Fork South Cemetery (31 Washington Rd, Greens Fork, IN 47345).
