She is survived by: her mother Amy Ladd Chaple; her children, Riley Johnson and Breahna Johnson; her aunts, Judy Ladd, Peggy Ladd and Janet Abner; her cousins, Susan Mikesell (Abner), Teresa Bell (Abner), Kim (Landis), Lisa Brattain (Landis), Josh Combs and Rich Landis; and her stepbrother Richard Mellen. She is also survived by aunts and cousins on her stepfather.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stegall-Bereheide-Orr Funeral Home (222 N 10th St, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
