It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Imogene Moores of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on April 23, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Wilcox and Ethel Wilcox (Miller); her husband Ralph Moores; her siblings, Eileen Slick (Chauncey), Myron "Bud" Wilcox (Gloria), Millard Wilcox (Betty), Annabel Black (Richard), Nina Lou Williams (Phil), Jim Wilcox and Carrol "Butch" Wilcox; and her brother-in-law James Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Adkins (Larry) of Richmond, Rick Moores of Mesa, Arizona and Lori Laux (Eric) of New Madison; her sister Marthalea Hill of Richmond; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Jo Wilcox of Greenville and Barbara Wilcox of Arcanum. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tribute Funeral Homes (1000 N Broadway St, Greenville, OH 45331). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 at the Palestine Cemetery (305 N Main St, Greenville, OH 45352).
