She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth A. Hoober and Oneda L. Mosier Hoober; her daughter Shannon Kay Kincaid; and her siblings, Gordon Hoober, Timothy Hoober and Florence Weist.
She is survived by: her husband Garry; her sons, Todd Kincaid (Missy) and Ty Kincaid; her grandchildren, Morgan Kincaid, Dalton Kincaid, Levi Kincaid, Kaleb Kincaid, Eli Kincaid, Jackson Kincaid and Gavin Kincaid; her great grandchildren, Kaisen Kincaid, Lincoln Kincaid and Julianna Kincaid; and her siblings, Peggy LeVault, Joyce Bagwell, Mike Hoober and Terry Hoober. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
