He is survived by : his girlfriend Kathy Cole; his children, Casi Johnson of Richmond and Tyler Johnson of Richmond, Indiana; his grandchildren, Skyler Cottongim of Richmond, Madison Miller of Richmond, Cameron Smith of Summerville and Kambree Johnson of Connersville, Indiana; his siblings, Vickie Mills of Richmond, Indiana and Terry Johnson of Richmond, Indiana; his niece Teri West (Heath) of Richmond, Indiana; his nephew Jacob; his great-nephew Braxton Miller; his great-niece Willow Miller; and his close friend Mark Brayden. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
