He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Woodman and Nettie Golden Woodman; his wife Carol Farrar Woodman; and his siblings, Lois Woodman Burge and Melvin David Woodman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Woodman Pose (Michael) and Elizabeth "Beth" Woodman Thomas (Stratton); his grandchildren, Paige Carol Thomas and Steven Asher Thomas; his sisters-in-law, Bryna Woodman and Jane Goodman; and his sibling's children, Jennifer, Garrett, Geoffrey Goodman, George, Roger and Andrew Woodman.
