He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Forrest and Ruth LaPearl Maddux (Kelly); and his brother Terry Maddux. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Maddux (Dankworth); his children, Laura Collier and James Maddux; his siblings, Jerry, Vincent Maddux, Janet Berry (Bobby) and Monica Leffel; his sisters-in-law, Sandy Maddux and Betty Dankworth; his grandchildren, Tara Olinger (Ryan), Kailyn Ewbank (Michael), Ethan, Joshua Collier, Damien and Dominick Maddux; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Kendall Olinger and Elizabeth Ewbank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
