She was predeceased by: her father Millard Spencer; her stepfather Robert "Bud" Sharp; her sisters, Pauline, Julia, Anna and Beulah "Boots"; and her son-in-law Andy Radel.
She is survived by: her mother Lucy Rader Spencer; her husband Wayne; her daughters, Joni Sylvester (Brad) of Wichita and Gina Radel of Richmond, Indiana; her grandchildren, Brittany Chestnut (Jonathan), Lauren Barney (Craig), Rachel Radel, Josh Radel (Leann Wigginton) and Justin Sylvester; her great grandchildren, James, Jesse, Judah, Saylor and Noah; and her siblings, Gene Spencer (Kathy) of Richmond, Jerry Spencer (Jennifer) of Cypress, Texas and Faye Howard of Richmond, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; and friends.
