With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Darlene Shaffer of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on April 27, 2025 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda Darlene Shaffer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Ward and Carrie Ward (Hawkey); her husband Larry E. Shaffer; her brother James Ward; and her grandson Kevon Sparks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Sparks (Randy) and Julie Sandlin (Brian); her grandchildren, Brian Jr. Sandlin (Emily), Ashlei Bailey (Bryan) and Tyler Sandlin; her great grandchildren, Kalysa, Akhila Sparks, Allison, Abigail Sandlin and Brylei Bailey; and her nieces, Diane Ward, Margaret Shaffer, Norma Donathon and Barbara Toney.
In lieu of flowers, Linda requested donations be made to Richmond Senior Center.
