He is survived by: his children, Monty Steelman, Jr. (Mindy), Diane Steelman (Jason Sizemore), Britany Richardson and Brooklynn Bonwell (David); his siblings, Angela Reed, Tammy Young, Barbara Conner, Danny Steelman, Johnny Moore and Lester Reed; his sister-in-law Sue Caplinger (Steelman); his extended family, George Russell Smith, Logan Reed and Amy Coe; his close friends, Melvin Newton, Jessica Turner and Annette Marcum; and his pet Brindle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
