She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Hammons and David Lee Phenis; and her grandchildren, Dustin Johnson, Shawn Johnson, Eric Phenis, Linda Phenis, Angel Phenis and David Phenis Jr.. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
