He was predeceased by: his sister Ellen Kay Flatley; and his mother Bernadine Reis Flatley. He is survived by: his daughters, Allison Flatley (Gary), Brooke Flatley (Jon) and Leslie Reuter (Noel); his brother Carl Flatley; and his grandchildren, Mia, Reis, Ellie, Taylor, Ava, Gracie, Sydney and Jack Paul. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
His remarkable career was honored by his induction into the Indiana Hall of Fame and the Chicagoland Hall of Fame, a testament to his skill, perseverance, and contributions to football.
