She is survived by: her children, Rick Black, Jr. of Fort Wayne, Jonathan Black of Richmond, Indiana and Ashley Black of Richmond, Indiana; her grandchildren, Logan Smith of Richmond, IN, Ki Smith of Richmond, IN, Mackinzey Black of Richmond, IN and Kamiyiah Black of Richmond, IN; her siblings, Edna Revalee of Jacksonville, Ruth Brant of Fort Wayne, Indiana and John Stanley of Gas City, Indiana; and her boyfriend Daniel Culberson of Richmond, Indiana.. She is also survived by several nieces; nephews and cousins.
