He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Hall and Kathleen Mae Hall (Peters); his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Everhart and David Hall; and his brother-in-law Delbert Donthnier.

He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Donthnier and Mary Ramsey; and his brother-in-law Jerry Everhart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
