He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Armstrong and Betty Bell Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his children, Lara Morgan (Scott) and Brian Armstrong (Gayle); and his brother Tim Armstrong. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
