He is survived by: his children, Nancy Vanover (David) of Richmond, Jeff Carter (Claudia) of Cypress, Texas, Tim Carter (Amy) of Fishers, Linda Farlow (Chris) of Palm Coast, Florida and Laura Parker of Richmond; his grandchildren, Chris Carter (Shanna), Amanda Nunier (Cole), Kasey Brammer (Jake), Josh Vanover, Kelly Carter, Jamie Carter, Chris DeBetta, Kate DeBetta, Neva Carter, Emma Carter, Sara Carter, Austin Bergfield, Alayna Bergfield, Matthew Farlow, Noah Farlow, Jacob Farlow, Alex Parker, Xavier Parker and Paxton Parker; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Winston Nunier. He is also survived by his loving in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
