He is survived by: his wife Lisa Smith; his children, Cassie Stephenson (Sam) of Ohio, Masie Mills (Hunter Greye) of Liberty, Bo and Luke Mills; his granddaughters, Izabelle Lucille Stephenson, Jocellyn Mae Stephenson and Hazel Troy Greye; his mother Pamela Feldhaus Mills; and his siblings, Peter Riemersma (Lena) of Michigan, Gary Mills (Kim) of Richmond, Jason Mills (Kelly) of Richmond and Angel Guffey (Tim) of Ohio. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ United Church where Troy and his family are dedicated members.
