She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur L. Wilson and Muriel G. Wilson; her husband Phil Starbuck; and her siblings-in-law, Don and Barbara Weygandt (Starbuck).
She is survived by: her nephew Jim Weygandt (Takako); and her nieces, Jocelyn Jones (John), Janet Wilson (Jeff) and Jeenah Trout.
