He is survived by: his children, Kris Griffin of Desert Edge and Kathy Dow (Bob) of Palm Desert; his grandchildren, Brice Griffin of Richmond, Josh Griffin of Richmond and Lola Phillips of Palm Desert; and his siblings, John Griffin, Gary Griffin, Barbara Eastman (George), Leslie Ramsey (Floyd) and Joan Tinsley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
