He was predeceased by: his parents, William Minor Sr. and Mary Ann Minor; and his sister Rose Anna "Rosie" Minor. He is survived by: his son Matthew Minor (Jennifer); his grandchild Cord Minor; his children, Andrew Minor, Able Minor, Ally Minor and Delora Clark; his grandchildren, Emily Clark, Loren Carter and Tesla McMillian; his children, Jack Clark and Deborah Toshlog; his grandchildren, Madison Hofacker and Alysa Wells; and his siblings, Lisa Minor, Rebecca Minor, Rhonda, Debbie Potter, Mark, Rick, Nick and Chuck Minor.
