He is survived by: his parents, Olha Sai (Banzeruk) and Mykhailo Sai of Goshen; and his siblings, Solomiia, Emily and Daniel Sai.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home (1911 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
