She is survived by: her daughter Kelly R. McFarland; her son-in-law Matthew McFarland of Terre Haute; her grandchildren, Carlee Carlisle (Connor) of Terre Haute and Jackon McFarland of Terre Haute; her great grandchild Tate Carlisle; her niece Ann Broviak; her great-nieces, Megan and Susan Averitt (Jason); her great-nephew Micheal of Noblesville; Sam of Indianapolis and Katie of Indianapolis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Hospice of the Wabash Valley in appreciation of the wonderful kind nurses who cared for Nana.
