He is survived by: his wife Leona Ballard (Turner) of Rising Sun, IN; his sons, Frank Ballard (Devin) of Rising Sun, IN and Samuel Ballard of Rising Sun, IN; his grandchildren, Corissa Ballard, Kendra Elza, Isac Elza and Jesse Hockett; and his siblings, Frances Mondary (Tony) of Rising Sun, IN and Stanley Ballard (Betty) of Rising Sun, IN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
