He was predeceased by: his parents, Selbert W. Walston, Sr. and Elisabeth Walston, (Cole); and his siblings, Violet Randall, Melody Walston, Selbert, Timothy, Kenny, Steve and Joe Walston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, other family members and a host of friends.
The military honors was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at the Cedar Hedge Cemetery. Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Markland Funeral Home (327 N High St, Rising Sun, IN 47040). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Our Hospice or the Rising Sun American Legion.
