With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Esther Ford (Roachdale, Indiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Esther left this world on October 13, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Shuee and Stella Shuee (Eversole); her husband Melvin Ford; her grandson Reid Hudson; her brothers, Charles Shuee (Eileen), James Shuee (Irene) and George; and her siblings-in-law, Franklin Ford, Josephine Ford (Newgent) and Dorothy Ford (Lawler).
She is survived by: her children, Janet Lynn Ward (Richard) and Keith Evan Ford (Stephanie); her granddaughter Erin Kritenbrink (Jared); and her great grandchildren, Brecken and Daxton Kritenbrink. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roachdale Christian Church (1 N Walnut St, Roachdale, IN 46172). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Roachdale Cemetery E. (4178 IN-236, Roachdale, IN 46172).
