She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Voto and Florence O. Voto (Arndt); and her brother-in-law Ralph Kimble. She is survived by: her husband John R. Whitley; her daughter Jacquelyn S. Simpson (Rodney); her grandson Jayden Simpson; and her siblings, Beverly Kimble and Wendell Voto (Judy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
