He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Crosby and Susan Crosby (Ray); his brother Thomas Crosby (Shannon) of Zionsville; his nieces and nephews, Alexander, Allison, Kate Van Hyfte and Ellen Van Hyfte; and his aunt Rebecca C. Hartberg (Keith).
