(Sandie) and Ames (Bill); his grandchildren, Jessica Smeelink (Shawn), Mark Ketchem (Kalie) and Elisha Moore (Scott); his great grandchildren, Abbey Smeelink, Matthew Smeelink, Jason Ketchem, Andrew Smeelink, Bekah Smeelink, Alex Crail and Tyrus Duncan; and his brothers, Bud Mundy, Danny Mundy, Richard Mundy and Larry Mundy. He is also survived by several nieces nephews.
