She was predeceased by: her father Howard Wilcox; and her husband David Cummings. She is survived by: her mother Rhea Wilcox (Olmstead) of Wabash, IN; her children, Lisa Krueckeberg (John) of La Porte, IN and Joseph Cummings of Seattle, WA; her sisters, Tamara Chapman (Michael) of Bloomingdale, IN and Marta Gidley (Gary) of Wabash; her sister-in-law Nancy Cummings Christman of Liberty Hill, TX; and her grandchildren, Lily Jade and Henry David Krueckeberg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
