He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Howard Hall and Treva Marie Hall (McDonald); and his wife Sandra Dean Garner Hall. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Hall (Andy Langley), Edna Hall (David Fodge), Jessica Bowman (James), Tonya Rasmussen (Kevin) and Pamela Rasmussen; his grandchildren, Marissa Rasmussen, Dasha Hall, Isaiah Hall, Chelsea Russelburg (Shawn), Tristen Rasmussen, Michael Powers (Angel Butner), Alicia Rasmussen (Andrew Glassburn), Josh McCoy (Lilly Baxter), Dylan Hall, Ayden Bowman, Leland Fodge, Dominik Fodge, Hunter Rasmussen, Jeremiah Hall, Leighton Hendrickson and Laila Hendrickson; his siblings, Nancy Kern, Betty Nice, Richard Hall and William Hall; his father-in-law Dennis Bush; and his sons-in-law, John Rasmussen and Matthew Powers. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
