She is survived by: her spouse Gerry Hartley; her daughters, Holly DeNicolo of Roanoke, IN and Kelly Nolan (David) of Columbia City, IN; her brother Brad Fahl (Debbie) of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Adam, Alex, David, Katie, William and Jack; and her great grandchild Cooper.
