He is survived by: his wife Nancy Scott; his children, Jerry Warner (Cathy) of Fort Wayne, IN, Kent Warner of Roanoke, IN and Rebecca Johnson of Fort Wayne, IN; his siblings, Don Warner of Huntington, IN, Dick Warner (Sherry) of Fort Wayne, IN and Karen Eller (Ron) of Kokomo, IN; and his grandchildren, Brock Warner, Brandi Warner, Blake Johnson, Aahron Johnson, Kaitlyn Warner and Ryan Warner.
