He is survived by: his mother Michelle Kuzemka (Honey); his sons, Zandr Kuzemka of Huntington, IN and Christopher Sturgill of Huntington, IN; his sister Jamie Miller of Fort Wayne, IN; and his sibling's children, Aiden Miller and Aurora Miller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
