He is survived by: his wife Lisa (Crandall); his children, Corwin Willems of Indianapolis, IN, Robert Steven Willems, Cassandra Waters of Huntington, IN and Andrea Corder of Dayton, OH; his siblings, Christopher Willems (Lora) of Canute, OK and Jennifer Willems of Peoria, IL; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Waters.
