She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fairly "Junior" Hooks Jr. and Rosalee Hooks (Cole); and her brother James Kenneth Hooks (Sam Halliburton). She is survived by: her former husband Gerald A. DePoy; her fiancé Sam Halliburton; her daughters, Tammy Utter (Jack "Bill") and Melissa Artist (DePoy); her grandchildren, Brandi Utter, Allen Morgan, Cody Utter (Shay), Derrick Morgan and Jack Utter Jr.; her great grandchildren, Bruce, Skilee, Jeff, Sam Utter and Rylee Jonas; and her nephew Chris Hooks (Kelli). She is also survived by several cousins and friends.
