She is survived by : her parents, Hurchel Bell (Ruby Ann) of Morristown, TN and Margaret Brannam Bell (Dewayne) of Corbin, KY; her daughters, Mackenzie Chapman of Nappanee, Selena Fiallos and Jennifer Fiallos; her siblings, Jessica Bell (Houston White) of Kewanna, Jordan Bell (Angel Vanderwall) of Rochester, Zachary Bell (Brittany) of Hampton, VA, Hurchel Bell III of Morristown, TN and Isaac Bell of Morristown, TN; her granddaughter Serenity; her aunts and uncles, Frank Fugate, Stanley, Debra Cook, Charles and Teresa Noel; her siblings, Paula Bruner of Rochester, Raymond Spencer, Ryan Spencer and Brandon Spencer; and her former life partner Michael Rogers.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good Family Funeral Home (1200 W 18th St, Rochester, IN 46975). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
