He is survived by: his wife Linda Craig (Dixon); his children, Jason Heuburger, Carol Moyer and Chrystal Bunch; his grandchildren, Christopher Waggoner, Hailey Waggoner, Gary Bunch, Braxton Bunch, Isiah Bunch, Jermiah Bunch and Kensley Bunch; his great grandchild Harlyn Waggoner; and his siblings, Doreen Honeycutt and Gerold Craig.
