He is survived by: his sons, Zachary Howard of Rochester and Jacob Howard of Delong; his grandchildren, Kierra Howard, Mannin Howard and Madilyn Howard; his sister Ruby Howard of Rochester; his niece Heaven Westafer (Steven) of Fort Wayne; his nephew Chris Howard of Plymouth; his great-nieces, Katie Gordon (Martin) of Avilla, Kelsey Armstrong (Jake) of Angola, Kylee Armstrong (Chris) of Fort Wayne and Rebecca Carr of Plymouth; and his pet Molly.
