He is survived by: his wife Patricia Leavell; his children, Shane Leavell (Darla) of Kentucky, Kim Leavell Crawford (Brian) of Winamac and Heather Leavell of Fort Wayne; his brother Mitchell Leavell (Dorothy) of Jackson, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Xander Leavell, Liam Leavell, Keisha Troutman (Ryan), Bryant Brown, Mackenzie Leavell, Adrian Leavell and Ethan Sanders; his great grandchildren, Easton Troutman, Wyatt Troutman, Lucas Troutman and Eli Temple; his mother-in-law Darlene Eckert; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Phelan and David Yeakley.
