He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie and Dave; his son Vince; his sisters, Judy and MaryBeth; and his siblings-in-law, Marita, Dave, Jack and David.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Herbst; his children, Eric, Christie and Kevin (Diana); his grandchildren, Bill Grimes, Victor Grimes, Chas Rathburn, Tyler Herbst, Obie Rathburn, Jake Herbst, Erin Herbst, Gabe Herbst and Keyan Herbst; and his friend Bill Schuckel.
