He is survived by: his parents, David Leonard Sr. (Marsha) of Wanatah and Julie Hoff (Freet) of Rochester; his wife Victoria Hitchens of Rochester; his grandmother Linda Leonard of North Judson; his daughter Ava Leonard of Rochester; his siblings, Zachary Leonard of South Bend and Alecia Templeton (Seth) of Rochester; his uncles, Tony Leonard (Candy) of San Pierre, Thomas Leonard of North Judson, Phillip Freet of Knox and Jason Shepherd of Knox; and his siblings' children, Zeke, Xander and Zane.
