She was loved and cherished by many people including : her mother Janet Leazenby Shippy of Rochester; her children, Jessica Patton (Joseph Brown) of Rochester, Morgan Strunk of Nappanee, Jason Brown of Rochester and Travis Nicklaus of Rochester; her grandchildren, Alexander, Elizabeth, Briana, Cadence, Olivia, Emma, Riley, Ciara, Hayden and Hunter; her siblings, Brenda Hughes of Rochester, Candace K. Patton (Bobby) of Rochester and Brian D. Shippy (Pamela) of Rochester; her nieces and nephews, James David Hughes (Autumn), Lindsey Randall, Tara Zimmerman (Aaron), Britney Flory (Nathan), Brandon Shippy, Bobby Lee Patton II (Darci), Amanda Sue Patton, Jonathan Stuart Patton, Faye Woodcox (Kevin) and Kimberly Patton; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Krystal, Shayde, Rosalie, Aaden, Kendall, Brayson, Kinley, Caedra, Zhayden, Haisley, Makenna and Wyatt; her pets, Opossum, Willow and Jasper; her father Stuart Milton Shippy; her grandparents, Mildred, Emmett Shippy, Bernice and Paul Leazenby; and also, Charlotte, Ava, Athena, Aria and Micah.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 1:30 PM at the Good Family Funeral Home (1200 W 18th St, Rochester, IN 46975). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery of Kendallville (1061 Riley Rd, Kendallville, IN 46755).
