He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carroll and Barbara J. Curtis Carroll; his close friend Sharleen Miller; and his treasured canine Benji. He is survived by: his daughters, Cassie D. Carroll (Matthew Miller) and Mendi L. Carroll; his grandsons, James Oscar "Auggie" Wells IV of Rochester and Memphis James Miller of Rochester; and his sisters, Janet Davis (Phil) of Portage and Diane Danchi (Ted) of Raleigh.
Preferred memorials in lieu of flowers may be made in Denny's name to the Fulton County Animal Education and Adoption Center.
