It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elba Lee Ness of Rochester, Indiana, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Williams and Nova Williams (Jackson); her husband Vernal Robert Ness, Sr.; and her children, Paula Garcia and Vernal "Bobby" Ness.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Pablo Garcia Jr., Antonio Garcia (Melissa D.), Jose Garcia (Lilia), Dallas Garcia, Crystal Giles (Jeff), Heather Ness-Swofford (Darren), Robbie Ness (Kandra) and Megan Leftwich (Matt); and her sister Margaret Williams. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
