She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dale Stout and Emma Stotler Stout; her husband John D. Moore; her daughters, Betty Charlene Ward of Argos and Treva Louise Murphy (Roger) of Plymouth; her children-in-law, Alberta L. Moore of Rochester and Jim Vermillion of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Candra Dorell (Bill), Kimberly Huntsberger, David Shoemaker, Roger Murphy Jr., Charles Murphy (Stevennie), Timothy Paul Moore (Amy), Stephen Andrew Moore (Jessica), Naomi Fruchey (Michael) and Sherry Naggy (Chris); her children, Brenda Joyce Vermillion and Gerald Devon Moore; her grandsons, Jimmy Shoemaker and Jonney Fuller; her great grandchildren, Aaron Fuller and Allie Mae Murphy; and her siblings, Leora Miller, Lola Anderson, Ruth Oliver, Kedrick Stout and Richard Stout. She was also cherished by 20 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Hillcrest Baptist Church.
