He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Chris Cook of Pierceton, Bob Cook of Rochester, Dean Cook (Faith) of Rochester and David Rigney of Rochester; and his siblings, Hazel Goings of South Whitley, Jane Champ (Gary) of Lucerne and George Cook (Carolyn) of New Haven. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
