He is survived by: his wife Rita Jenkins; his children, Jay O. Jenkins (Karen), Jenni Ortega, Kandi (Dan), Julie Shilling (Rodney), Ed Jenkins and Nathan Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Elizabeth, Kaytie, Jill, Austin, Eli, Carlee, Eathan and Phoenix. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
