She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Montro and Dora Dillman (Wilson); her husband Ralph L. Gunter; her granddaughter Stephnie Jo Reffitt; and her siblings, Betty Rogers, Marilyn Craft, Joan Landis, Joyce Marburger, Letta Goodman, Judy Ladson, Karon Hoover and Vern Dillman.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Gunter (Isabel), Connie Reffitt (Russell Oberg), Mark Gunter and Jennifer Seyer (Brandon); and her sister Carol Wray. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home (1101 Jefferson St, Rochester, IN 46975). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Riverview Community Church (3780 IN-110, Tippecanoe, IN 46570).
