She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavoy B. Hoffman and Martha E. Hoffman (Mathews); and her brother Richard Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Cindy (Fred Sokol) of Elkhart, Barbara Newcomer of Elkhart, Sandra (Mike Inglehearn) of Rochester and Phil "Pete" (Melinda Pratt) of Akron; and her grandchildren, Chase (Dani), Riann (Mike), Melea (Brandon), Tara, Tabitha (Andy), Bryce, Derek (Sierra), Michael (Cassandra), Angelea (Eric) and William (Devin). She is also survived by 17 Great Grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Bethlehem Baptist Church or to Heart to Heart Hospice.
